This policy explains returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders and pledges with Echoflux LLC. Crowdfunding pledges and retail orders are treated differently — please read the relevant section.
Crowdfunding pledges
Pledges made on Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter’s Terms of Use. Before fulfilment, you may request changes or cancellation in line with those terms. After the campaign ends and fulfilment begins, [describe your policy — e.g., pledges can no longer be cancelled].
Retail orders — return window

Conditions for returns
