By accessing this site, pledging, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms.

CINOMADIST Motion is offered through a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. A pledge supports development and is not a guaranteed sale. The estimated delivery date ([July 2026]) is a target and may change due to manufacturing or shipping factors. Backing is also subject to Kickstarter’s own Terms of Use.

Prices are shown in [USD / HK$] and early-bird pricing and quantities are limited. Payment is handled by Kickstarter and/or our payment processor. Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are collected via a post-campaign survey and are calculated separately from the pledge. Estimated fulfilment is [July 2026]; delays may occur and will be communicated to backers.

All site content, designs, and the CINOMADIST and Motion trademarks are owned by Echoflux LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Echoflux LLC’s total liability arising from your use of the site or a pledge is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
